As Head of Creative, Austin for argodesign, Carol Monk brings over 25 years of experience in digital design to help teams create meaningful, practical, and lasting solutions for clients. Her early career as an editor and content strategist informs a keen awareness of the importance of context and clarity in executing seamless experiences that align an organization, unite an ecosystem, and energize a customer base. Previously Group Creative Director at Razorfish, Carol played a key role in building its Austin team to 50 user experience and design professionals. She has worked with a broad spectrum of clients including Southwest Airlines, Microsoft, AT&T, United Rentals, Salesforce, Northwestern Mutual, and Kyndryl.
Prior to argo, Carol served as group creative director at Razorfish, one of the world’s largest interactive agencies. Born and bred in the heartland of Iowa, she cherishes family, travel, sports, chips and salsa, and her dog named Blue.
