Meg looks at business operations through a lens of removing friction—to give space for argo creatives to achieve their best work in a supportive environment, whether that means being reactive to challenges, or thinking ahead about how the business grows to meet the needs of argo clients as an ever-evolving partner.
In people operational leadership roles over the past decade, Meg has been a part of many executive leadership teams and has vast experience in different business models, sizes, and points of growth perspective. Her roles have included VP of People at Serenova, VP of Human Resources at uShip, and Director of HR at frog design. She also serves as a mentor at Capital Factory in Austin, Texas, and as an advisor for People Tech Partners.
